Niagara Association of Realtors
The Niagara Association of Realtors is a stand alone, 3,200 s/f building located on Niagara Street in St.Catharines. The existing building was in need of updating in terms of layout, mechanical systems and aesthetics. This project was carried out in two phases to allow the client to continue daily operations, without relocating during the six months of construction. Included in the renovated space are a new training room, new boardroom and meeting room, as well as proper private offices, open office area and ample storage. Updated mechanical systems were also installed, to provide comfort for the end users, as well as regulate all levels of the building. The Association was also given a new 'corporate image', which flows through every space within the building giving a sense of unity. The total construction value was $187,000.00.
