A new 28,000 sf (approximate) facility for research and education in the study of grape vines and wine for cool climates. This Institute is the first of it's kind in North America. There are a number of labratories, including a fermentation lab, a large wine library and vinoteque, a wine tasting room, meeting rooms, and administrative/faculty offices.	Spring 1999
