A purpose-built $3,400,000 winery integrating state-of-the-art wine production facilities in two 2-storey high wings over 24' deep cellars.
In addition to the wine-making facilities and the related administration centre, the complex embodies a wine boutique, three multi-purpose meeting rooms, extensive kitchens, entertainment patio, a presentation theatre and laboratories. All are set in the midst of some 100 acres of winery-owned vinifera-producing vineyards.
Building materials and massing were carefully selected to reflect the weathered copper roofs and stone masonry of historical chateaus in Owner Paul Bosc’s native France.
