"Theirs Ave" Bathroom Renovation

St. Catharines, Ontario

Project

The Client wanted the second floor three-piece bathroom, original to the 1925 house, to be completely redesigned to accommodate a shower.

By including some floor area from the existing hallway the bathroom was doubled in size - the former bathroom was located where the tub & shower are now.

The old radiator plumbing was used for the new in-floor radiant heating & the glazed door and transom window above allows natural light to fill the hallway beyond.

The marble on the custom built vanity steps down to become the tub surround, then to become a shower seat, and finally, to become the sill of the glass partition.
