Project Phase
Endorsed by the City of St. Catharines, the 40 unit non-profit housing development will be constructed on a vacant urban lot in the downtown core previously owned by the City. This project is an example of urban in-fill where the City's vacant downtown lots are viewed to be opportunities for future growth and development. Additionally, the downtown location is convenient for those members of society who require services to be with in walking distance of their homes.
