Walker Family Y.M.C.A.- 2nd Floor Addition

This $1,714,00 phased renovation and addition project is being fast tracked to a construction completion in only 4.5 months using Construction Management procurement method. The current phase includes a water park splash pad, an expansion of the second floor with new exercise area and fitness studio and renovations to the mom's and son's change rooms. An earlier phase included a $200,00 improvement to parking lot entrance roadways and an expansion of the existing parking lot.
